Hi you guys,
Well I've been Four days smoke free and I think that's great especially teaching a bunch of A-Level students everyday. I had a question. It's more a question about the physical consequences. If I were to smoke after a week or so (when all the nicotine has left my body, and my craving had dropped), Let's say a SINGLE cig, how would this affect my body physically? Would I be back where I started i.e. would my nicotine level be back up to where it was, or would it be at a much lower level?
Just a question that ran through my head today.
