QUIT

My Quit date March 15, 2022.  I haven't smoked.  I put a patch on yesterday. It fell off sometime during the night.  I found it facedown on bathroom floor.  I haven't put one on yet.  I notice I get the smoke urge when I sit down at my computer.  I also feel hungry.  I'll go fix a healthy lunch.  To be continued.   Newbie Cathy
