I made it, three weeks without smoking. I feel better, gained a little weight (I needed it). Quitting was the best decision I made this year.

Good for you. You've made it through the initial hardest part.

Please don't put your quit in compromising posotions as the next 3+ months is the time many get overconfident.

You made it through H#ll and Heck Weeks plus one.  Good for you!

You are about to enter what we call No Mans Land (2-4 months quit).  This is a time when an intense, random crave can hit, seemingly out of the blue.  Be ready for it with the tools that worked for you early in your quit and it will have to power over you.  Check out the weekly Wednesday blog we do here about it, too.

You are doing GREAT - keep it up!
