I did my early 4:30 am workout again and I can't believe hom much better I feel. I have more energy and I find that I don't have the urge to smoke as often. I am using my patches less and less. I am however not sleeping still...only about 2or3 hours a night since I quit. I am hoping that working out will help. Does anyone have any suggestions for tackling this insomnia?
