I do not recall when I started smoking. I was probably about 15 years old. I smoked most of the next 36 years with breaks of about 1 year, 9 months and three months. When I quit for good, on October 27, 2010, I was smoking a pack and a half a day. I stumbled onto this website on Day 4 of my new life as a non-smoker. It was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. I now have a whole support group that will help me anytime I need it, and thanks to advice here, I have educated myself about nicotine addiction, and it is making all the difference. It is still early days for me, I am 55 days quit, and I have to live in faith. At times, I have to just do and say the right things, until they feel right. I pledge not one puff ever,
