The things that make me feel really good about not smoking: 

1. No nicatine on everything in my house.  It has taken all this time to clean windows, mirrors, tv  screen, curtains, bed linens, towels, walls and I still have a lot of things to clean. Once everything is clean of nicatine it won't be back a month from now (as it had been while I still smoked).

2. When I visit my Grandchildren I don't go throught withdraw.  There have been times in the past when I would want to leave early from my visit so I could go home and smoke.

3. The feeling of pride, just knowing I can be smoke free.

4. The money I have saved ( aprox. $600 )

The list could go on and on.  

What are some of the things that make you feel really good about NOT SMOKING?
