One Year Today Smoke Free!!

I can't believe I have not had a cigarette in a whole year.  It used to be I couldn't go one day without one.  I hardly ever think about smoking anymore which is such a blessing.  I've had to make some lifestyle changes so I'm not tempted but they are healthy changes and I feeling amazing knowing that I am free cigarettes!
