Just realized this morning that I have been smoke free for one month. Definitely have had some ups and downs, but I am still 100% committed to this. Went to a party Sunday night and a few family members commented, some didn't. No big deal. I even had a few drinks and it didn't make me want to smoke. SO far the only major trigger has been aggravation. When I am having an aggravating day, I have to work hard on my quit. Otherwise, I am golden. So I just need to find ways to better manage my stress. Exercise helps, blogging helps. No matter what, I will not smoke!!
