Once we've gone through the roller coaster ride into that good place in our quits let's always remember and Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because NONE OF US has to ever go backwards into the slavery of the damned Cancer Sticks! Vigilance is key to remaining Smokefree and besides relapsing isn't an option EVER! I still smile at each and every Day WON. 😁
