I'm so frustrated with myself! I smoked for about 20 years and quit cold turkey on Feb. 11, 2004. I did not smoke another cigarette until about 4 months ago. I am already ready to quit again and realizing what a nasty addiction it is! One thing I have not done is allow myself to smoke inside my house, car or anywhere other then outside. I have not associated it with any activity so I'm hoping that it will be easier to quit this time then last. Glad I found this site!
