Thank all of you for your comments on my last blog. I agree, it wasn't important enough to post 4 times. I think I know how that happened, and I will try to be better.
I wasn't suggesting that a time line wouldn't be a good idea. I tend to lose track of time in my life, maybe because I've used most of it. My time, I mean. So, those of you who are younger and more time wise, please don't think I was being a smart aleck. I wasn't.
I'm still wearing a patch, and I will continue for about another week, I think. Then, as was suggested, I will only wear one when the nicotine addiction hits me.
I have spent the last 3or 4 days reading and watching the videos you all have talked about, and I see how quitting cold might have been the way to go. But, to late now.
