Well, It's been a while since my last post. Got to say things are going pretty well. I had my check up and had to start meds for high blood pressure. I'm sure my job didn;lt help any and the smoking only exacerbated the problem. Hopefully, with a little help in diet and exercise this can be brought under control. I'd like to say it's been hard but this last month has been a breeze and I can't remember my last real craving. Now with football season coming on and the fantasy leagues starting back up we'll see how I do. It's looking like tenth time is really the charm for me. Just the rest of my life to go.
