You are the ruler of your own kingdom

Until you recognize that you can never be free

So change the way you look at life

Darius Foroux

Ruler of your own kingdom. It says own not everybody else kingdom. I often would like to change others when I can only change myself. This I have known for some 40 years but still……

I have found since I have quit smoking those people at work or in my life whom used to get on my nerves no longer do. I had identified them as a triggers before I quit. The irritation only lasts a couple of seconds as I turn away and think to myself what ever and go about my own business or sit patiently in a meeting and let them ramble.

Because I can no longer say man I need to have a cigarette so and so is getting on my nerves.  It has occurred to me that jonimarie you are acting like an adult for a change in not letting things bother you. I have been focused on not letting things get under my skin so as not to trip the cigarette urge.

Do not know about you all but frankly this is hilarious

It is the stupid cigarettes that compound any issue in our life rather than solve them
