Hi All,
I'm new here. 86 days into my quit. I'm using the patch and am now at 7mg. I have been reading with great interest the posts on here about "No Man's Land". I am very curious about this phenomenon plays out in conjunction with NRT-- is it the same timeline?
I am also curious about anyone's experience with withdrawal from the patch. I am a bit nervous about nearing the end of the three steps patch and going without the tool.
