Nicotine Free!!!!!

Finally.  I have been nicotine free for the past week.  I stopped using the patch on July 21.  Yes I have cravings and thoughts but nothing that I have not had before.  Had some health issues with headaches and back pain but other than that it is all good.  I am so glad to finally be nicotine free.  83 days and counting...

Protecting my quit for good.

Congratulations on getting off the patch and maintaining your quit!  We quit about the same time - so we can hit those milestone days together!  So happy for you!
