I set a quit date and it's January 14th. I took the advice from this site and made it two weeks ahead. I am gathering information and coping mechanisms and starting to cut back. It's giving me the urge to smoke more but I'm pushing forward. I've been reading a lot of information on this site and it's very helpful. I will be ordering nicorette for help.
