After a two day intubation I developed Tracheal Stenosis that crippled my every day life. I could no longer walk any duration without difficulty breathing. I then had a tracheal Resection that complicated with Subcutaneous Emphysema resulting with an emergency trache at bedside due to collapse of lung etc. I have never been so thankful to breathe. I have cravings still and it's insane that can happen. But I avoid them obviously but the mental aspect is still there. So I am continuing to work on creating a better health and mindset.
