I just set up my profile and I'm not really sure what I should do next. I know I need to quit for my health and my daughters. I have started to track my smoking and I'm a little scared to do this. I have tried before and didn't get very far. I have a stressful life. I go to school full time, work part time, and I have a family. Everytime I get stressed, bored, or hungry I reach for a smoke, but i can't do that anymore. I have to start saving money and get healthy.
