I am on day 33 of staying smoke free . I quit cold turkey after reading Allen Carrs book.
For last two days, I have been feeling very much on the edge and even thinking about buying a nicotine free e cigarette. I know that my body and mind still thinks about having a cigarette. Tonight, i have been feeling really restless.
How do i get over this feeling ? I feel threatend and want to stay on course . Help me out pls 🙂
