As a former smoking mother I have had to live with the deep regret that I passed along my smoking habit to my two natural children. Deep regret is such a pale description of what I feel. It's like giving your child a terminal illness.
Today, though, my son has started Chantix. Haleluliah. I'm thrilled to say the least. I also gave him the location of this support group and I'm hoping he'll take a few minutes every day to sign in and blog about his feelings as he goes through the process of quitting forever.
So, in the event that one day he shows up here... Go Chuck Go!!!
