This past year I took a lot of weight off in preparation for this quit and I'm giving myself a 5 lb. window. But I'm trying not to blow all 5 lbs. on my first day. So far it isn't too bad and with a little extra exercise I'll be okay. But I remember one of the first times that I quit I went to McDonalds and ate two breakfasts. McGriddles no less. After a few days, I always feel starving. And carrot sticks and sugarless gum just don't cut it. I will quite for good.
My cravings aren't too bad, but then it's 1:00pm and all I've done today is surf the blogs. Give some support to others and hope what I said to them stays true for me.
