I quit smoking last night, on December 18,2010 at 7:30 , had my last cigarette. My plan was to Quit December 20 on a Monday.
I thought what the heck, get a early start. By the way, I have to intoduce my self. My name is Patti, Im 44 years old,have been smoking since I was 17. Let me see, thats about 25 or soo years. I smoked a pack a day,sometimes more, on stressfull days. I feel, no urges at all, Feel relaxed, and glad I got started on this quit smoking journey. I will write in a few days,to let you know how Im doing. Wish me the best, and pray for me. I pray for all the others that are on the same journey Im on.
