124 days into my quit. I have had many days of not even thinking about smoking to recently being tempted often. The thought passes quickly after mentally giving myself a swift kick, but its irritating that they are coming back after finally going away! I know there is a couple of weight loss groups on here. Is there one that does something daily? I would like to get back on track with losing weight and eating better especially while its nice outside where its free!!
