So I quit multiples times. I would just start over my quit day. I quit so many times I kind of knew the text I would get from the becomeanex automated text lol. I am a stay at home mom so there were many triggers throughout the day. Sometimes it would be family members or I would get into an argument with my spouse. I kept trying and I prayed and asked God for help everyday 🙏. God and This community gave me so much knowledge and information. Between drinking alot of water and daily exercise/cleaning and meditation 🧘♀️. Don't give up keep trying no matter how many times you fail. YOU are WORTH the CHANGE!
