I know I wrote and said I slipped up once. One day . It was friday June 5th. I thought even if you slipped up by mistake I thought you were supposed to keep using the medicine gum and remember what triggered it and avoidit . I thought if you smoked a whole pack then you would have to reset date. I will take in all advice Ihave gotten. I will read again. How many cigerettes would it have to be considering to reset date?
