Started again - non smoker since 12/23/11 and only 4 nrt on my last pack & when they are done it will be cold turkey the final way. Reading Alan Carr again,maybe it will stay in the brain this time. I have learnd the hard way even those 2+ wks of smoking made me realize how much easier it is do things when I don't smoke. I nned to do this for me & no one else. so a swift kick in my own butt & wakung up, I will do it one day at a time. I Hope everyone had a great family holiday and stayed safe and smoke free.
