6/1/22…Memorial Day, I went to a cookout. Several smokers were there and I saw them smoking. I had already told most friends and family that I quit and I felt good that I didn’t give in. I no longer smoke. As I mentioned before I could not do this without the support here. I am taking one day at a time and getting stronger each day.
