So, here it is. ive finally decided to make the first step in kicking my nicotine addiction, im confident i can do it but only with the help of others and probably medication. Ive been a hardcore nicotine user for over a year now. It started off with dipping, and before long i was using a can a day. Both smoking and dipping are nasty and expensive habits. My decision to quit is really to benefit my relationship with my girlfriend, who you can see in my pictures, she means the world to me and i know i care about her more then a cigarette.
