Nov.11 is my stop date,I am looking forward at the same time I hope I can do it have been smoking for 20 years.Know it will not be easy but I must do it,I know they are not good for me so I am going take one day at a time.I have cleaned my car and got the smell out,that's a good thing.Gave away my best lighter had that for years I really loved that lighter (smile) but it was time for it to go so I said bye bye. Starting Nov. 11 I am going put the money each day I would pay for a pack of cig in a jar I think that will help me too when I can see just how much I money I will save.Thanks to ever one and send you all the best ,prays too
