Today, 08:20 am MST, I threw the last of my last pack away.  I am currently on Chantix and have a great desire to never smoke again, one second at a time. I believe I came to the right place for help.  I am not a child and I won't behave like a child during this process.  This will be as easy as I allow it to be. I got away with smoking for over 41 years and I don't want to give it any more of my life.  I do this for me, for those who look to me to be an example, and for those in front of me that may need my help in their quit some day. This blog will be the place where I can express my feelings safely and to record this journey.
