How can someone actually be scared to quit smoking? I am! Fear of another failure? Fear of nothing to do? It’s my entertainment, my buddy, my best friend. As i sit here with this heart monitor on for 28 days drinking a cup of coffee and smoking a cigarette you would think a lightening bolt would shoot down and zap my head going how stupid are we?? But nope, just sitting here smoking
