As long as we are willing determined and totally committed to live a Smokefree Life then we will be successful in living a life of Freedom the best part is it's absolutely Doable because all we have to do is choose to stick with N.O.P.E~ Not One Puff Ever and vigilance N.M.W.~ No Matter! It's definitely not easy in those early days and weeks by any stretch of the imagination but with and perseverance you will make it through to that good place in your quit and you'll be so glad that you stuck with your awesome quit journey....
