Here on this site, or in our patterns of life...our quits....each is an opportunity to learn, grow.

Biggest thing is to remember Rome was not built overnight. Some take longer than others to understand and patience is something that also comes with trial and error.

ANYWAY...I think I will adapt to the new site format in time, as we all have over the years. I think I have seen at least 4 format changes over the years and possibly more. Each time thinking, it will take forever to get used to, but I always do 🙂

I work tomorrow and have a family wedding on Friday and grandkids on the weekend. So I will be back next week :N.O.PE. and love and hugs to all

Smoking is not an option for me. I no longer have a wishbone to quit smoking...I developed a backbone and I quit. When you're sick and tired of being sick and tired, you will quit smoking too.
