Laughter Is The Best Medicine

I wonder if it works with breaking the habit of smoking?  How many people wake-up laughing?

At least try and laugh first thing in the morning, see what happens.  Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha ..... For the cyber cryptics that would be LOL))))).  Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!

Speaking of smiling ... how many people look in the mirror the first thing in the morning and smile?  For people who have trouble smiling .... just keep frowning and stand on your head.  You won't have to change your face and more blood will rush to your head.  I think it would be difficult to smoke a cigarette while standing on your head.  Has anyone tried laughing while they are standing on their head? 

I walked 3 miles today ... I'm glad the Senior Citizen's Center has a soft track.  My first mile was about 6 miles per hour ... but I slowed my pace and ended up about 3 miles per  hour!
