Keeping with the plan.....Keeping it real....need to add an evening change

I coughed a lot while I was trying to fall asleep last night.  Don't know if I'm unconsciously having more in the evening, and that caused the extra coughing, or if I'm getting sick : (

So, delaying this morning was welcomed physically.....put not mentally.

The initial thought was "shoot, I'm suppose to delay this morning"

The initial feeling was panic (lasting 1 1/2 seconds)......But it happened.....so yay!

The fear that I may be having more at night (I don't want to count).....is making me think that I should have my shower in the evening (I have about 80% of my showers in the morning and 20% at night)....and then not have anymore smokes after the shower....until the morning (15min's after waking, of course).

Key here is that I want to change things up enough to make living without smoking more common in prep for my quit date....the other thing is that I want to make it harder to smoke "extra" at the times/places that I'm still allowing myself to smoke....

I have to make sure the nic addict in me isn't able to be sneaky and sabotage the plan here....know what I mean?
