Keeping myself on track.

It's been a week since I've had a cigarette.Needless to say my lung's are thanking me.I'm able to breathe alot easier and that's what I focus on.Each breath.I've kept myself busy by doing a multitude of mundane and not so mundane things.Reading,writing,working on my house and so on.I'm fairly sure I can get through this.Concentrate on what you're doing,not what you've been doing.
