It has been 673 days smoke FREE. Yes I feel great and still find it hard to believe. I was in the hospital this passed Christmas. Five scared days. I truly believe if I hadn't quit when I did the COPD would have won. It was the first time I was sick with COPD and didn't listen to my body. And because it was Christmas time I still had things to do. I am doing great now. Have wonderful doctors. Now I am back to getting some of this weight off. At 68 it doesn't come off that fast. I am going to Curves now and doing great. The upper exercise seems to help some what. I hope all my old friends are doing well. Will never forget how much you helped me with my demon. Smoke free is the best. New comers PLEASE listen to the great people here. They saved my life. You can do it. Just one day at a time. Fake it till you make it. Nonna❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
