Yesterday I had one. I have no excuses no justification. It was offered and I accepted 😞 HOWEVER I got what I was looking for the thing tasted horrible. I had been praying that God take the taste and desire away and whoa did He do it! My mom was surprised when I couldn't finish it. I didn't feel right, it didn't taste right, and I just couldn't do it anymore deep inside I was happy that I felt that way. I'm no longer fearful, I'm no longer holding on. I was telling my mom how gross it was and she said something that I'm going to put in my mental quitkit she said "if something taste nasty to me I would never try it again" and I'm not trying to relearn the smoker's life Allen Carr mentioned how we had to learn to like sickers they were nasty when we tried it but we got used to it. Im not trying to get "used to it again" So here's to day 1 resetting my clock! P.S 2 minutes of misery was not worth losing my days and I definitely will remember that! Kimberly
