Hello friends i hope all is well i have not forgot about you guys or fell off the wagon. I have had a crazy week there has been a death in the family my uncle passed away thursday night from you would never believe it smoking. So never the less it has been crazy but i am determine and even with all that has happened i have not had a single puff. It is day 11 and i am feeling good and proud so it goes to show no matter how bad it gets don't take your eyes off the goal you can do anything.
