Hey all,

Just stopped in to say "Hey" to all the new and old x-ers and let everyone know I'm still an ex-smoker and still goin' strong.  Back in the "T.D.C" as of tomorrow April 10th. 100 days again. Please keep me in your thoughts and payers. I want to stay smoke free this time and I really feel like this is the quit that will be for good. So best wishes to all you guys and have an awesome smoke free night.
