Here it is-Day 365! I made it ...1 Year smoke-free!!!!
I can't believe it...The holidays weren't as bad as I feared they would be..I was around smokers and still able to resist any temptation.
To all of you who have just begun this journey.Hang in there!!! Come here often...it works. I am proof...
