I can't believe it will be 1 year very shortly. I have gone back to read my blogs and EXer comments. I recommend that to anyone approaching an anniversary. I know I have learned some things about myself. I admit I am not perfect and I do stillthink about a cigarette but I just don't give in....because I know that's all it takes....
Good luck to all Exers to continue to protect our quit-particularly during the holidays. This is my first holiday season in over 20+ years without smoking which has been challenging at times.
