It was rough

I just wanted you all to know I did not smoke.  But I sure wanted to.  Had my husband go to the grocery store with me.  It was a better distraction than sitting at home.  Then we went out to eat and he told me stories about long time smokers he works with.  It was to bad for the people sitting next to us I told him keep telling me stories its working.  Do what you have to do.  I did not smoke.  Went home tuned into the TV by that time it was 7 my chill time and he went to bed by 8 I followed by 9.  Thank you for all your support I really appreciate it.  We will do this together.
