I have always said over the years that "One day I'll quit smoking" Well now I am ready, and it's hard! 99% of the people I know are smokers, and no one else is ready to quit, so this is yet another journey I feel like I am going through alone.
I do want to quit, I need to get my health back in order, but at the end of the day I'm not sure if I'll be strong enough to actually quit. So right now I have to take it one day at a time, and pray that I make it through this.
