I. have decided to take the plegde to stay empowered and keep going and to just quit the way nature intend me to quit by tricking my mind to stay positive and let the trigger which is every where I go and to let the cravings pass on by because now I know it's all mental and I am in charge of my own behavior none can do it for me because I have got to really make the behavior that's been just on autopilot to just stop my addiction and change my habit to being a good potive one that will stop hurting me I was made this way now it's going to stop thanks for the support
