Up again at 4:00 am after not sleeping well. I am sure that this too in time will pass. I hate insomnia!
Other than this I can see big change in my complexion, much more healthy looking.

However I wanted to make changes. I have been aerobicallly exercising on indoor bike for 30 minutes a day for the past 19 out of the last 21 days and drinking 64 oz of water a day.
I have a feeling that problems such as weight gain and insomnia will abate in the nexr week or two.
No matter what I will not smoke today. NOPE!
