Hello, everybody and thank you for making me feel so very much at home. I have started taking Chantix and set my quit date for 3/17. Since that is also St Patty's Day, I plan to be decked out in green to celebrate the turning over of a "new leaf" (not tobacco)  in my life.  Also, I will better able to keep track of each month, year I remain smoke -free!  I will admitt that each day, when I think of my fast approching quit date, I get a little anxious, but armed with the support of the Community and the other aspects of my quit plan I know I can do it!

The "tracker" is the best!  It makes me think about not only when I light up but why I light up,. As a result, I am both smoking less and enjoying it less.  Any one who's ever tried to quit in tahe past knows it can be a lonley experience.  I thank God that I know now.........it dosen't havre to be!

God Bless You All
