I am new to this website and would like to give a little background about myself. About 5 years ago I was able to quit smoking cold turkey! That was great and all but someone asked me to light their cigarette while they drove. That was the beginning of the end for me! Since then I am back up to a pack to a pack and a half a day.
The reason I am here is because I am obtaining my MSW and the main assignment in one of my classes is to attempt a behavior change. I decided that the behavior change I would undertake is quitting smoking! This has proven extremely difficult and am looking to exhaust all options to become smoke free.
I haven't gone a day without smoking since this project started but I have greatly reduced my consumption to about 5-10 a day!! I hope to hear from all of you soon! Good luck
