After only 7 hours I have failed.  I am so sorry if i disappointed everyone.  I feel so guilty and ashamed and angry at myself.  Im so confused right now i really want to quit so do i just start again tomorrow and throw away the pack i bought or what.  I keep asking myself why couldn't i go longer?  Why couldn't i even make it 24 hours, a full day.  This sucks.
