I believe in signs.  I have been running around like a crazy person all day.  The car is my biggest struggle when it comes to quitting, so of course I had to do more driving today than I have in the past month.  I vacuumed my car this morning and threw away all evidence of smoking, this was a help for sure.  In the midst of me being overly dramatic about having to run errands for work I was waiting in line at the store.  A little old man behind me was buying seeds to plant all natural herbs and he told me that I forgot to purchase mine and that its great.  I laughed because I have heard of people smoking their own herbs to quit, I told him that I quit smoking today.  He shook my hand and said so did I, in 1984 keep it up little girl, you can do this.  The man made my day.
